Healthy Living Workshop Series Offered in Kihei


The workshop series focuses on learning and implementing practical skills in controlling symptoms through relaxation, nutrition, improved communication skills, medication management, and exercise. Participants develop achievable “action plans” that are designed to lead to positive changes and greater confidence.Participants receive “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, 3rd Edition,” and an audio relaxation CD, “Time for Healing.”Cost is $10 for participants 60 and older, and $35 for participants under 60 years of age.
