Exercise helps one in focusing their energies in the right direction and it's great if one can incorporate the 45 minute workout into their daily routine.Thanks to the sedentary lifestyle and the bad eating habits of people, there has been a rise in the number of cases falling prey to diseases like heart dysfunctions and cancer and so on. The best thing one can do as a preventive measure is keep the body weight in check and workout every day to make oneself feel fresh and alive each day. A new study is of the view that as many as 43000 cases of breast cancer could've been prevented if people gave up their sedentary lifestyles and started working out well.
