Area nutrition firm Uckele gets healthy

Area nutrition firm Uckele gets healthy
Toledo Blade

Walking into the mixing room at Uckele Health and Nutrition, you’re met with an earthy smell that’s vaguely reminiscent of some mysterious chocolaty grain. A handful of employees scoop out and carefully weigh various powders from bins and bags that line the room from floor to ceiling“As you can see, everything’s really packed in wall-to-wall,” said Del Collins, the company’s chief operating officer. “That’s why we’re adding on. Officials say the changes should make Uckele far more efficient and set it up for even more growth in the future.
