Diet & skin: Niomi Smart and Teresa Tarmey talk inside-out beauty with Bazaar


We all know that skincare isn’t exclusively topical, what you put inside your body can massively affect your quality of skin and its appearance. To discuss some of the common concerns linking diet and skin, plus some ways to address our complexions through nutrition, Bazaar’s digital beauty editor Bridget (above, right) spoke to two influential voices in the beauty sphere. In this video series below, Teresa Tarmey (above, centre) – a skincare expert and facialist to the famous, and Niomi Smart (above, left) – a wellness blogger, YouTuber and author of healthy cookbook Eat Smart, talk all things diet from a skin perspective, including overdoing dairy and sugar, supplementing with probiotics, and preventing premature ageing as you eat.
