Follow this diet and save the earth, experts say


There’s a new diet which has nothing to do with body weight, but rather the 'weight of human consumption' on our planet. Here’s what it entails and why we should change our habits. We’ve all come across our fair share of diets, but for the first time ever medical experts are suggesting that all humans follow the same diet – not for the sake of our waistlines, but for the survival of the earth.According to a press release, the EAT-Lancet Commission brought together more than 30 world-leading experts to figure out if we can feed a future population of 10 billion people a healthy diet within sustainable planetary boundaries.
