Tough, good-looking and healthy, Colby Jack is all muscle.His back muscles ripple, legs are sculpted and his face is powerful.He doesnât get tired climbing over fallen trees or digging deep holes.He has no problem running and jumping and swimming laps in the pool.I was looking at him the other night -- it may have been after a cocktail, beer or two -- and I said to myself, âJeffrey. You should really consider going on the same diet the devil dog is on.âI wouldâve said back, âThatâs a stupid idea,â but it was me talking to me and I donât have stupid ideas. Except that one time when I bought a house, thinking I could be a handyman and do the repairs myself. That was a stupid idea.And there was that time I got a now ex-girlfriendâs attention by pulling the downspout off her parentsâ house and banging on her window with it.
