I eat a pretty substantial breakfast with protein, my go-to is eggs, especially on a workout day.  I stick to three meals a day and I don't snack that much. I'm just not a snacker per se, unless I have a hard workout and I need to get the recovery and nutrition in within an hour . . .  I usually go for a Power Bar and a sports drink on those days and otherwise its just keep it simple.
