Low-Acid Diet Recommended For Healthier Kidneys


As we age, our body’s internal system ages as well, which means that they start to slow down as we grow older. This is both natural and unfortunate because it basically means that we become more susceptible to different types of diseases the older we get. But it’s not just age that slows down our systems, it’s our lifestyle choices too, and one (or two) such organ that is very much affected by this are our kidneys, which coincidentally are also the organs responsible for filtering our blood before sending it back to our heart.
