OSU's Crabtree Finds Gains In Good Nutrition


I've become more educated. We have a fantastic nutritionist on strength staff and just having those resources to ask questions has helped a lot.âCrabtree said he's taken more personal control of his own diet, beginning with better choices.âI'm big in my meal preps,â he said. âI eat a lot of grilled chicken and a lot of vegetables trying to make sure I stay clean. I'll eat desserts, though. I can't pass up on desserts.âMore than anything, it's not completely taking out desserts, but making sure grilled chicken instead of fried, and vegetables instead of fries. It's stuff like that to make sure I make those positive gains. It's helped me to become a better player.âWozniak finds full cupboardWhen assistant coaches change jobs in the offseason, they're often at the mercy of the man in place before them when it comes to available personnel.
