(WKRC)CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A new study shows a vegan diet, which means no meat, no cheese, no eggs and no other animal products, may improve health outcomes, especially if you are struggling with weight.This study is published in the journal Nutrients.This study is an association, not a cause and effect, but the 75 people in this study ate a vegan diet that was high in carbohydrates and fiber.
